Our wall art is crafted from beginning to end in our shop located in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. We are a small business that takes great pride in the items we make. Customers are our number 1 priority, and we will do everything to make sure you receive a 5 star product & customer service.
The process
1. Order is placed
2. You will receive a mockup of your order if you requested custom text. You will still be able to make changes, and we will wait for your final approval before we cut your art.
4. Production begins and takes about 1-4 days from the time we start
5. Item is packaged, and you will be notified with tracking information on the day it is ready to ship.
6. Item will ship.
7. Item is ready to hang straight out of the box.
Damages are rare, but they can happen during transport. If your item is damaged, please message us photos. We will take care of it from there and send you a replacement at no cost!
