Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will exchange it within 30 days of receiving your order or take it back for a full refund if within 7 days of receiving your order. (Applies to standard, non-custom orders)
Please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization number and return instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will respond to your request within 1 business day. Please do not send back without a Return Authorization number, as this will delay processing time.
All maps must be returned in their original condition, to qualify for an exchange or full refund. We will notify you within 1 business day once we have received your package and process your request. Please allow refunds and credits 24-48 hours to post to your credit card or paypal account. Please alert us of any delay.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Customized products are not able to return.
If we create a custom proof, and you decide to cancel, a charge of $100 will be applied to your order.
