Job Title: Remote Map Designer

Compensation: Training wage starting at $15/hour
About Us:
MapCuts specializes in designing custom wooden maps, including lake maps, city maps, and golf course maps. We are currently hiring new map designers. This position is perfect for students or individuals looking to make extra income.Â
Responsibilities:
- Designing custom maps based on customer specifications.
- Utilizing computer software and learning new programs to enhance map design.
- Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in map creation.
- Communicating effectively with colleagues and customers as needed.
Requirements:
- Comfortable using a computer and learning new software programs. (Adobe Illustrator and Lightburn programs will be provided.)
- Basic working knowledge of Google Drive.
- Reliable internet connection and a working computer.
- Second computer monitor for efficient workflow.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
- Flexible working hours, with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week (up to 40 hours).
- Must be legally able to work in the United States.
