Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will exchange it within 30 days of receiving your order or take it back for a full refund–minus the cost of shipping– if within 7 days of receiving your order. This does not apply to custom maps.

If you refuse shipment, you are responsible for shipping costs both ways, plus a restocking fee (2.9%) will be deducted from your refund.
We will respond to your request within 1 business day.
Please do not send back without a Return Authorization number, as this will delay processing time.
All maps must be returned in their original condition, to qualify for an exchange or refund. We will notify you within 1 business day once we have received your package and process your request. Please allow refunds and credits 24-48 hours to post to your credit card or paypal account. Please alert us of any delay.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Maps made to order and customized products are not returnable as we cannot resell them.
If we create a custom proof, and you decide to cancel, a charge of $100 will be applied to your order.
