Shipping charges

Standard shipping on map orders is free within the contiguous United States. Canada shipping is charged at checkout. Alaska, Hawaii, and other destinations may incur a shipping charge. Available services and charges are shown at checkout before payment.

Processing and delivery

Production time and carrier transit are separate. Custom-map production begins after proof approval. Please read the product details and shipping information for production guidance, and contact us before ordering for a fixed gift date.

Rush My Order provides 2–5 business days of processing after proof approval, subject to availability. Design revisions and carrier transit are additional.

Tracking is sent when the shipping label is created. Carrier delivery estimates begin after the carrier receives the package. Weather and carrier delays may affect delivery.
