Will I see a proof?

If you choose to customize your map with a family name and/or house icon, we will send you a proof before we make your map. 

When will i receive my map?

If you do not want customizations and we have the map in stock, your map will ship in 1-2 business days. If the map is not in stock, or you want customizations, your map will usually ship in 3-7 days. Contact our customer service team if you have questions about current lead times or where your map is in the process.

How to care for your map

Our wooden maps are finished with a polyurethane protective coating. You only need to wipe your map with a clean, dry cloth to remove dust buildup. While the polyurethane coating protects the wood against water damage, we do not recommend hanging your map outdoors. Prolonged exposure to the elements may damage the map.  

Returns and Exchanges

If you're dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Or you may receive a full refund if the return is initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. This is only applicable to standard map orders.

To initiate a return, please contact us first for a Return Authorization number and instructions.

The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs and a 3.5% restocking fee. We will respond to your request within 1 business day. Kindly refrain from sending back items without a Return Authorization number, as this may cause delays in processing time.

If delivery is refused, the customer is still responsible for shipping costs and a 3.5% restocking fee.

For an exchange or full refund, all maps must be returned in their original condition. We will notify you within 1 business day upon receiving your package and process your request. Allow 24-48 hours for refunds and credits to be posted to your credit card or PayPal account. Please inform us of any delays.

Custom maps are not eligible for returns or exchanges because they are not suitable for resale. To minimize the likelihood of returns, we will send you a proof to ensure the maps is to your satisfaction.
