We're always improving our craft

Our layered golf maps are already 3D, but we wanted even more POP!

So we've switched to using a dark green stain for all golf greens.

The rich tone contrasts perfectly with the natural wood grain—giving it that extra WOW factor!

You can still pick the water stain of your choice.

Will I see a proof?
In order to get your map to you as soon as possible, we do not send proofs of standard maps. Your map will appear like the pictures shown. If you chose the customization add-on option, then you will receive a proof.  Contact us if you have questions, concerns, or requests. We'll get back to you within one business day.
When will i receive my map?

For standard maps (no customizations): If we have the map in stock, your map will ship in 1-2 business days. If the map is not in stock, we will need to cut, stain, and assemble your map. This will take 3-7 business days. Contact our customer service team if you have questions about current lead times or where your map is in the process.
Custom maps: Custom maps generally ship within 1-2 weeks. Contact us for current lead times.

How to care for your map

Our wooden maps are finished with a polyurethane protective coating. You only need to wipe your map with a clean, dry cloth to remove dust buildup. While the polyurethane coating protects the wood against water damage, we do not recommend hanging your map outdoors. Prolonged exposure to the elements may damage the map.  

Returns and exchanges

Standard Maps (no customizations): If you're dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Or you may receive a full refund if the return is initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. This is only applicable to standard map orders.

To initiate a return, please contact us first for a Return Authorization number and instructions.

The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs and a 3.5% restocking fee. We will respond to your request within 1 business day. Kindly refrain from sending back items without a Return Authorization number, as this may cause delays in processing time.

If delivery is refused, the customer is still responsible for shipping costs and a 3.5% restocking fee.

For an exchange or full refund, all maps must be returned in their original condition. We will notify you within 1 business day upon receiving your package and process your request. Allow 24-48 hours for refunds and credits to be posted to your credit card or PayPal account. Please inform us of any delays.

Custom maps are not eligible for returns or exchanges because they are not suitable for resale. To minimize the likelihood of returns, we will send you a proof to ensure the maps is to your satisfaction.
