Will I see a proof?

Yes! You will receive a proof by email to ensure we captured the area of the city requested. Each time we adjust your map, we will send you a new proof. We want you to be 100% satisfied, so we will not begin cutting your wooden map until you have approved the proof. 

When will i receive my map?

Custom maps generally ship within 1-2 weeks. You may contact us at any time to find out current lead times or learn where your order is in the process.

Maple plywood base is 1/4 inch thick.

How to care for your map

Our wooden maps are finished with a polyurethane protective coating. You only need to wipe your map with a clean, dry cloth to remove dust buildup. While the polyurethane coating protects the wood against water damage, we do not recommend hanging your map outdoors. Prolonged exposure to the elements may damage the map.  

Returns and Exchanges
Custom maps are not eligible for returns or exchanges because they are not suitable for resale. To minimize the likelihood of returns, we will send you a proof to ensure the maps is to your satisfaction.
